Michael DeCamillis

Mike joined Verity in 2009 and brings more than two decades of experience guiding organizations and individuals through the complexities of retirement and financial planning. Over the years, he has consulted on more than 300 retirement plans for corporations, non-profits, private colleges, and associations, delivering tailored strategies that align with the goals of business executives, plan sponsors, and advisor partners.

His expertise spans retirement plan design and compliance, executive and health benefits, personal wealth management, and estate planning. Mike is known for developing creative, practical solutions that balance organizational objectives with the long-term needs of employees, owners, and families.

In addition to his institutional work, he provides comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services to individuals, families, and business owners, helping clients navigate investment opportunities and plan confidently for the future.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He holds the CPFA designation and is licensed for both securities and insurance, serving as an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Representative.
