Heidi stepped into her role as Senior Sales Assistant at Verity in 2026, bringing over three decades of wealth management experience. Since 1995, she has built a diverse background in operations, customer service, marketing, and paraplanning. Heidi is deeply committed to thorough follow-through and finding efficient, collaborative solutions. She supports two advisors and their clients through every stage of new business and account management, ensuring an outstanding client experience that allows her team to thrive.

A dedicated professional, Heidi previously earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP™️) designation from the College for Financial Planning. She is also passionate about her community and supports Bread of Life Ministries in Sanford, NC, which provides shelter, healthcare, food, and clothing to those in need. Outside the office, Heidi enjoys spending quality time with her family, discovering local restaurants, supporting her church, and traveling.
