Participation in certain categories of investments is restricted by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulation to accredited investors and, in some instances, a limited number of other sophisticated investors.
Investments of this type sometimes include the added risks of extended holding periods, but when carefully selected, they can provide unique and very attractive opportunities.
In addition to offering certain programs individually, Verity also assembles selected programs as a complement to the portfolios of qualified investors. Because of our approach to including multiple programs in a model portfolio environment, eligible investors are sometimes able to diversify by committing smaller investment increments to several programs.
